Wash your hands
Agitate the bottle gently
Son your nose
Tap one nostril, place the applicator in the other, and tilt your head forward
Inhale through your nose while pressing the applicator once
Exhale through your mouth
Repeat for the other nostril

Dry or irritated nose or throat
Sneezing
Nosebleeds
Nausea
Bad taste or smell
When to stop using it
Stop using Beconase AQ nasal spray if your condition doesn’t improve after three weeks or worsens.
