Description
Sensitive germ infection: acute bacterial sinusitis and acute bacterial otitis media (properly diagnosed); pharyngitis, tonsillitis; acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis (properly diagnosed); mild to moderately severe community acquired pneumonia; skin and soft tissue infections of mild to moderate severity (eg folliculitis, cellulitis, erysipelas); Uncomplicated urethritis and cervicitis caused by Chlamydia trachomatis; chancroid; Erythema migrans (1st stage of Lyme disease), if 1st and 2nd line antibiotics (doxycycline, amoxicillin and cefuroxime axetil) are contraindicated.
