Genitourinary Tract Infections: Acute or chronic cystitis, urethritis, pyelonephritis and gonococcal uretitis.
Respiratory Tract Infections: Otitis media, sinusitis and acute exacerbations of chronic bronchitis in adults.
Pneumocystis carinii pneumonia: MAXTRIM F® is indicated for the prevention of Pneumocystis carinii pneumonia.
