Description

Primary hypercholesterolemia

ATOZET is indicated as an adjunct to diet for the reduction of elevated total cholesterol (total-C), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), apolipoprotein B (Apo B), triglycerides (TG), and lipoprotein cholesterol. non-high-density (non-HDL-C) and to increase high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) in patients with primary hypercholesterolaemia (heterozygous familial and non-familial) or mixed hyperlipidemia.

Homozygous Familial Hypercholesterolemia (HoFH)

ATOZET is indicated for the reduction of elevated levels of total-C and LDL-C in patients with HoFH. Patients may also receive adjuvant treatments
