Description
Amlodipine is a calcium channel blocking agent (calcium channel blocker), derived from dihydropyridine, indicated for the treatment of arterial hypertension, chronic stable angina and Prinzmetal’s variant angina. It can be used alone or in combination with diuretics and with other antihypertensive or antianginal agents.
