Description
CEFABIOT® is indicated for the treatment of infections listed below in adults and children (≥ 40 Kg) (see Pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics section).
• Upper respiratory tract infections: Acute otitis media, acute bacterial sinusitis, acute streptococcal tonsillitis, and pharyngitis.
• Infections of the lower respiratory tract: Acute exacerbations of chronic bronchitis, pneumonia.
• Genitourinary tract infections: Cystitis, Pyelonephritis, urethritis. Uncomplicated gonococcal urethritis and cervicitis.
• Skin and soft tissue infections.
• Early-stage Lyme disease.
