Description

Antifungal.

Onychomycosis (fungal infection of the nail) caused by dermatophytes.

Indicated in fungal infections of the skin, for the treatment of Tinea corporis, Tinea cruris, Tinea capitis and yeast infections of the skin caused by the genus Candida (for example, Candida albicans) where oral therapy is generally considered based on the location, severity, or extent of infection.

1. Treatment of Onychomycosis (Nail Fungal Infections):
   • Effective against fungal infections in the nails caused by dermatophytes.
2. Treatment of Dermatophyte Infections:
   • Tinea corporis (ringworm).
   • Tinea cruris (jock itch).
   • Tinea pedis (athlete’s foot).

   • Treatment of scalp and skin fungal infections resistant to topical treatments.
