Description

JANUMET XR is indicated as initial treatment in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus to improve glycemic control when diet and exercise do not provide adequate glycemic control.

JANUMET XR is indicated as a supplement to diet and exercise to improve glycemic control in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus who are not sufficiently controlled with metformin or sitagliptin alone or who are already being treated with sitagliptin and metformin.

JANUMET XR is indicated as part of triple combination therapy with a sulphonylurea as an adjunct to diet and exercise in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus who are inadequately controlled with any of the three drugs: metformin, sitagliptin or a sulphonylurea.

JANUMET XR is indicated as part of triple combination therapy with a PPAR agonist? (eg, thiazolidinediones) as a supplement to diet and exercise, in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus inadequately controlled with any of two of the three medications: metformin, sitagliptin, or a PPAR agonist ?.

JANUMET XR is indicated in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus as a supplement to diet and exercise, to improve glycemic control in combination with insulin.
