NULYTELY® performs a complete intestinal cleansing prior to endoscopy, colonoscopy, abdominal surgery and / or imaging studies with contrast medium.
Traditional methods (enema, laxatives, purgatives, more rigorous diet, etc.) are slow and sometimes require several days to adequately prepare the patient, not being effective in one hundred percent of patients, resulting in false images or masking underlying pathologies. Furthermore, due to their discomfort, they are frequently performed incompletely by the patient.
On the other hand, NULYTELY® is well tolerated, it does not require enemas, laxatives or complementary diets; it is safe as it does not alter the water and electrolyte balance, it can be used in high risk patients such as; cardiac, diabetic, hypertensive, with kidney dysfunction, geriatric patients, cancer patients, as well as in those who may be affected by an alteration of the fluid and electrolyte balance.
