ALDACTONE SPIRONOLACTONE 100MG 30TABS

Description

Spironolactone is indicated for the following:

• Essential hypertension.

• Short-term preoperative treatment of patients with primary hyperaldosteronism.

• Congestive heart failure (alone or in combination with standard therapy), including severe heart failure (NYHA class III-IV) to increase survival and reduce the risk of hospitalization when used in addition to standard therapy.

• Conditions in which primary aldosteronism may be present, including liver cirrhosis accompanied by edema and / or ascites, nephrotic syndrome and other edematous conditions (alone or in combination with standard therapy).

• Hypokalemia / hypomagnesemia induced by diuretics as concomitant treatment.

• Establishment of a diagnosis of primary hyperaldosteronism.

• Management of hirsutism.
