It is indicated in the following entities:
a) In fluid retention associated with congestive and chronic heart failure.
b) In fluid retention caused by chronic kidney failure.
c) In fluid retention associated with liver failure when treatment with aldosterone antagonists is necessary.
d) Hypertension and hypertensive crisis.
e) In support of forced diuresis.
